A seminar on “𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬: 𝐄𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬” was held on 3rd June 2023, at TMSS Women Market Community Center (Usha), Nawabbari, Bogra. This seminar was organized by 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗡𝗜𝗕), Bogra and presided by Mr. AKM Bajlul Karim Bahar.
Notable chief guest of the seminar was 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌. 𝐙𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧, 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 ZNRF University of Management Sciences – ZUMS and Ex-Principal ( BPI), Consultant of the World Bank. Special guest for the seminar was 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐑𝐚𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees, ZNRF University of Management Sciences – ZUMS.
Negotiators of the seminar included Engineer Md. Shahadat Hossain, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗱. 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗗𝘂𝗲𝘁, 𝗚𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗿)) and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐄𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐞, 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐁 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞.
The seminar discussed the existing challenge to the employment and higher education of diploma engineers and focused on the possible prospects to overcome these issues.
