In today’s competitive landscape of business, there is a tough fight for every job vacancy. Graduate employment and employability in national and international markets have been factored in the ZUMS curriculum, teaching and extracurricular activities. At ZUMS, we seek to be responsive to job market demands and provide the necessary competencies and skills to the students in order to prepare them for employment within the career path that they have chosen. Since ZUMS integrates entrepreneurship training in its programs, the graduates will have an opportunity to gain capabilities for becoming job providers rather than job seekers
